At 8 kilometers from Lago Trasimeno, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and with nearby historic towns such as Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona, Asissi, Perugia, Castiglione del Lago, we offer a special holiday villa / family house for 6-8 in a unique location people: plenty of privacy, a large private swimming pool (5 x 15 m), tranquility and a beautiful panoramic view. In the garden you choose your own place to enjoy your vacation. You choose for sun, swimming pool, shade, view, collina or covered. You can pick all the best in terms of fruit from the garden that is present at that moment yourself. There are more than enough garden chairs to enjoy your own lovely spot in the garden.
The holiday villa is on the edge of a small village; restaurants and daily shopping 2 km away. The property has 2 livings, 1 dining room, 2 kitchens, 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. a portico and a balcony, the fenced garden of 4000 m2 you will find the large swimming pool and numerous fruit trees, garden furniture and cool shady spots. Of course also plenty of own parking places. If you want some privacy within the ground floor, the 2nd living room with 2 TV and all other facilities is a wonderful place to rest. There is also the 3rd bedroom. Suppose you come with a couple with your children and parents, everyone can find a place to rest both inside and outside.
You will be welcomed by our Dutch hostess Priscilla (living in the neighborhood, she also speaks Italian well and knows a lot). Our Enrico takes care of the garden and the swimming pool.
An ideal place for a family or two families. We only rent to 1 family, so absolute privacy is guaranteed.

Summary: The outside spaces are truly superb - the pool is a great size (15m) so you can do proper lengths. The garden is very pleasant with several seating areas and fruit trees (delicious figs!). The villa is very nicely located on the edge of a village; it has plenty of space, privacy and lovely countryside views, but doesn't feel isolated. It is spacious inside too and generally well-equipped (although strangely we couldn't find any mugs). There is a lovely terrace off the main bedroom, which is like a covered outdoor lounge/diner with a delightful view - very relaxing. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. There is no air conditioning, so bedroom temperature in August was sometimes an issue, but would be fine at other times of year. Just to note: you also need your insect repellent outside (but all the windows and doors have fly screens, so no problem inside). Overall a great stay - very glad to have the opportunity to come and have a "safe" holiday in these strange times.
