Set on a large plot of 2000m2, this fabulous three bedroom villa offers privacy but the convenience of being a short walk from Carvoeiro town. The villa boasts three bedrooms, the master has an en suite bathroom with twin sinks and a large walk in shower. There are patio doors from this bedroom and a second twin bedroom that open up to the pool and lush garden area. There is a further twin bedroom which shares the use of a second bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The villa is fully alarmed and has electric shutters along with air conditioning throughout.
The open plan lounge/dining room offers a family style eating area. The newly fitted kitchen posseses granite work surfaces and Bosch appliances. The landscaped gardens offer a tranquil setting to the villa with winding pathways underneath fruit trees and a water feature. The swimming pool is 9x4.5m and can be heated on request.

Summary: The kitchen and bathrooms were really well designed. The pool was absolutely brilliant and was seen to by a company a number of times during our two week stay. We paid for it to be heated and was well worth it for the children who don't love cold water. Having air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living area was a godsend during the heatwave we experienced. The local shop is well stocked, the nearest restaurant was delicious and only a 10 minute walk in to town. Lots of cupboard space but no door knobs which was a bit strange making it awkward to open. The mid stay clean was excellent as well as having the towels and bedding changed. Being a larger group, we used the washing machine as well which was great to have.
