Welcome to 47 South Sea Pines Drive - a beautiful newly built, award winning home! This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is absolutely stunning + located close to the beach in Sea Pines. It can host a group of up to eight guests total. A short five minute walk away and you'll have your toes in the sand!

• Distance to Beach: Five Minute Walk (.25 Miles)
• Pool Info: Approximately 28' by 14' with a depth range of 3.5' to 6'. The pool area is fenced in + has plenty of seating options. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.
