Welcome to North Myrtle Beach! My husband and I purchased this 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in December 2017. It has been totally renovated - new floors, paint, appliances, HVAC and furniture. The location of this condo is amazing. We are within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Main street is less than 2 blocks away! The condo is located in Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club. There are two large beautiful pools, 2 hot tubs, as well as a lighted tennis court. Our unit is on the 3rd floor, so no one is above you - we also have an elevator. Our unit has a beautiful sky light which provides lots natural light. USB Outlets in wet bar and kitchen, flat screen TV's in all rooms, Wi-Fi and expanded cable. We also have a ROKU for streaming : Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, HULU, Peacock and Paramount +. We hope you will consider vacationing in our condo! My husband and I have been renting our vacation homes for the last 13 years - we take pride in making each property that we have owned one that our guests will want to return to! Please note : Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer. Will consider short -term monthly rentals during the off season.
