104 North Shore Place is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom elevated 1st floor condo located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This newly outfitted property features an open-concept floor plan, laminate and tile flooring throughout and a spacious private balcony.
The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the balcony area. The kitchen has stainless appliances, ample counterspace, a Keurig Duo, a Ninja Air Fryer and seating for 4 at the bar. Just beyond the kitchen you'll find a dining table with seating for 6.
The main bedroom features a plush king bed, flat screen TV, access to the deck area and a private bathroom. The en-suite has a large vanity area, walk-in shower and separate garden tub.
The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The owners of this condo have provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, beach bag, a beach cart and floats for guests to use. They have also provided a fold-up desk for those who need to do a little work while on vacation.
North Shore Place is a beautiful complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the Atlantic ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool, a hot tub, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access right across the street. Guests can also enjoy the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pools, including a seasonally heated pool, as well as a gym and world famous Pool Bar Jim's!
