The condo is located within the fabulous Bahama Bay Resort complex full of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. We are located in building 34 on the 2nd fl. Our location is popular for those looking for less crowded amenities and backyard access to our pool.
We are approximately 20-25 mins from Disneyworld and away from the congestion of the 192!! Back routes to Disney Spring, Animal Kingdom and Disney Water parks.

Set around Lake Davenport, this tranquil resort encompasses over 70 acres of landscaped grounds and has everything you may need onsite; including: a playground and pool ideal for children, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard, pool table and table tennis, several pools around the resort - including one directly behind our building (Building 34 - see attached resort map), hot tubs, hammocks, man made sandy beach area, a kiddie splash park, restaurants, shops, and a full service spa and salon. Please note your booking does not include access to onsite gym or sauna.
The location is prime as it is close to Champions Gate, Highland Reserve Golf Courses, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Shopping Outlets, a new Super Walmart, Publix Grocery Store, and numerous restaurants just off site on Hwy 27 and 192; as well as, an onsite restaurant with happy hour menu(s).
Ownership has been transferred to new owners. Previous VRBO listing # was 583241 with a 4.7/5 rating. As new owners, we have make many upgrades and changes for your comfort and convenience.
We have an off-site management company who will be available to you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Please note we have a 7 day minimum stay during the holidays. Our unit also has a video doorbell and code entry lock system. Please note, we do not have a working telephone in house.
