Situated in the south tower with southern exposure, this vacation retreat features quality, brand name furnishings, mattresses, and stainless appliances! With a sizable ocean view balcony, you can relax in the sturdy adirondack chairs while listening to the ocean waves which are just a half block away. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and provides plenty of space for meal preparation, plus you can serve on the elegant dining table or the breakfast bar. Appealing blues and whites with a touch of red give the living room a clean, nautical feel, and the flat screen TV with DVD is just one of a total of four sets throughout the unit. Unlike most condos, this one features a full sized washer and dryer, plus an extra large refrigerator. The owner provides access to their storage locker which is located near the outdoor pool. Braemar Towers amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool with sun deck, tennis courts, arcade, and a fitness room! This ideal location is close to notable restaurants including Bourbon Street on the Beach, Crab Bag and Victoria's Seafood, the Montego Bay Shopping Center, Northside Park and also not far from the Fenwick Island attractions. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom boasts a king bed with private bath, room darkening drapes and plenty of storage, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. and the 3rd bedroom has a daybed w trundle. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Guest must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
