The mid level offers a relaxing porch swing on the front deck, easy elevator access, plank flooring in common spaces and four generous en suites. The first bedroom on this level boasts an amazing custom twin boat bed with trundle (imagine the mast, the sails, the works), as well as a fresh slip covered love-seat for kids away space for gaming and watching TV on flat screen with DirecTV. The second bedroom features a white bead board bunk bed, along with a white Pottery Barn twin day bed and a flat screen TV with DirecTV. The third bedroom has a king Pottery Barn seagrass bed with a memory foam mattress with and vibrant new bedding, a flat screen TV with DIRECTV, and a slider to the deck area. Finally, down a private hall is a vibrant queen en suite with a memory foam mattress featuring Crate and Barrel furniture. The mid level family room has been newly reconfigured to make it an open, spacious gathering with fresh Pottery Barn furniture and a large flat screen with DirecTV and DVD player.
On the ground level, the front entry has a large enclosed shed overflowing with beach equipment, including beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and bocce ball. Once inside, the easy access elevator makes unloading a breeze. The first bedroom on this level offers two custom painted Pottery Barn twin beds and has direct access to the shared hall bath. Plank floors run throughout the common spaces. The wide open common area boasts a custom ping pong table and a fresh laundry area featuring barn doors. There is also direct access to the pool area. Around the bend, also in the common area, you will find a comfortable slip covered sectional sofa and chair facing a built-in area with a large flat screen with Direct TV and Netflix, as well as cabinets filled with games, books and movies. The king en suite on this level with a new memory foam mattress features custom painted Pottery Barn furniture and its own private bath. Finally, down a private hallway is the third bedroom, which has a Pottery Barn bead board queen bed with a memory foam mattress with its own private bath.
