This two bedroom two and a half bath custom town home has everything you and your guest will need during your stay. On the first level you will find a well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas range, with a built in microwave and oven. The dining area has a table that will seat six and there is a eating bar for two. In the living area you will find a 65 in flatscreen, large couch and two swivel chairs. Off of the living area there is a screened in porch that over looks the Atlantic. Also located on the porch is a screen door for easy access to a short path that leads to the beach. The first of two master suites is located on this floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with walk in shower. There is also half bath just off of the kitchen. Follow the stairs up to the second level where you will find another living area situated with a large flatscreen tv, couch that turns into a queen bed and two large chairs that convert into twin beds. Off of the living area you will find the second of two porches. Enjoy the ocean breezes from this open porch. Perfect for morning coffee, reading, evening cocktails or just relaxing and taking in the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. You will find the second master suite off of the living area that is situated with a king bed. The window to the right of the bed looks right out over the Atlantic Ocean. The large full bath is situated with a walk in shower. Also on this floor you will find the laundry room complete with front in load washer and dryer. In this unit you will be supplied with a full roll of paper towels in kitchen, two dishwashing tabs, small bottle of dishwashing soap, sponge. In the bathrooms you will have two rolls of toilet paper and three small bottles of toiletries which include, shampoo, shower gel and lotion. There is also two bar soaps left per full bath and one per half bath. While staying on the property you will have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island amenities program which include Club house with billiard table, fitness room, zero entry pool, beach deck and community fire pit.
