Full length covered porch with tongue & groove ceiling. Portion of the deck is screened - perfect for outdoor meals! Gazebo on the dockside of the deck to take in the gorgeous water views!
Master suite is on the upper level and offers king bed, tile shower and soaking tub. There are 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom on that level as well.
Lower Level offers a great space for entertaining as well! Large family room with wet bar & pool table! There is also a bathroom with tile shower + laundry room on the lower level.
Wood-burning fire-pit - firewood provided!
Newly renovated dock w/spacious seating area (perfect for sun & shade lovers!), floating dock, electricity and lights.
