Stepping inside the main level welcomes you with a bright and spacious formal entryway leading to the open concept well equipped kitchen with high end finish and a breakfast bar, formal dining area, and living room with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors to the wrap around deck overlooking the lake. The main level also offers the master suite, 2 guest rooms and 2 full bathrooms that have been tastefully updated. The cottage has a cozy screened in Muskoka room, for those rainy days, and a fire pit down by the water.
The full finished walkout basement offers a warm and cozy family room with accent gas fireplace, 2 additional bedrooms, cedar sauna, bathroom and laundry. Stepping down to the water there is another great fire pit area to sit back and relax by, a large and brand new cedar dock with boat slip and storage cabana for all your summer toys! A true family cottage in Muskoka, to be enjoyed in all 4 seasons!
For winter rentals we are perfectly situated directly in front of the OSC trails on Peninsula Lake, connecting you to all the major snowmobile trails in the surrounding areas! Hidden Valley Ski Resort is a couple minutes drive from the cottage. Arrowhead Provincial Park (20min) is welcoming you with hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating & more!
