Lazy Laguna is a waterfront townhouse in a gated and child-friendly community located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, replete with sunny tennis courts and refreshing pools. The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep 8 comfortably. It has just been newly renovated with brand-new limestone tile floors on the lower level and hardwood floors upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, steam shower and an attached gym (complete with a TV, treadmill and elliptical machines). The 2 sister bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms and TV's. The first has a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second has a queen bed and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a guest room downstairs with a king bed and a TV. The downstairs bathroom features a shower that can also double as a powder room, and every bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit. Lazy Laguna offers free WiFi, an outdoor Viking BBQ grill, a dock with underwater lights, a hammock, a kayak and 2 stand-up paddle boards. There are flat-screen cable TVs throughout the home—in the bedrooms, gym, living room and downstairs guest room. The home also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Every bathroom has a hair dryer and the home is also stocked with board games and books. We can also supply baby items such as a Pack n’ Play, a baby bath, and booster seats. The rental rate includes your airport transfers and our the help of our lovely housekeeper, Barbara. Barbara is there to help make sure you can relax on your vacation in Jamaica. She does all the cleaning and laundry and can assist in the kitchen as needed, even preparing simple breakfasts. If you would like a chef for your stay at Lazy Laguna expect to pay anywhere from US $80 (plus the cost of food) for a dinner to aprox US $500 (plus cost of food) for the week. Finally, Lazy Laguna enjoys an ideal location, less then a 10-minute walk from the lovely Seawind Beach Club where you can relax in the pool, sip cocktails at the swim-up bar or bask on its gorgeous white sandy beach. Guests of Lazy Laguna get free access to the Seawind Club, but please note that is closed on Mondays and there is a fee for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also nearby is Montego's Bay’s international airport, just a 10-minute drive down the road, and 3 major golf courses.
