Extremely clean and well maintained, the unit is comfortably furnished and offers a king-size bed in a large bedroom as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the common area. Guests enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, a hair dryer for convenience also, as well as a full kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with coffee maker & everything needed for simple meals or sumptuous feast with all major appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher. As for eating out, there`s no shortage of outstanding restaurants, a hand full in walking distance, including Magnolias at 26th, New York Prim, Spring House Family Restaurant and one of the South`s outstanding seafood restaurants The Sea Captain`s House. ⭐We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.

• One trail size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trail size of shampoo
• One trail size conditioner
• One trail size of body wash and boy lotion
• One trail size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
