Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme, with authentic Tommy Bahama furniture and new wide plank flooring in the living and dining areas. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 18-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Summary: My family loved this place! Close to every markets, shops, beaches, and beaches! At least 4 beaches that were within 15mins. The home was wonderful and so spacious! We had 6 people and definitely could have had more! Kitchen was wonderful! Rooms were great! Communication with owner was fast and easy. Very close pool right behind unit. If your wanting to walk to the other pool at night bring flashlights as street has very limited lighting. Extremely strict on 9pm pool closures. Very quiet community. It's Hawai'i but bring bug spray for outside patio if prone to mosquito bites. (My family is and even with bracelets and spray we got bitten alive on the patio at night)Overall a Wonderful Wonderfully experience and the place was absolutely amazing! I would recommend 10/10 every time!
