Fully air-conditioned villa Zvonimir with an area of ​​435m2, consists of 5 airy bedrooms with double beds. Two cots are also available. The guests of the villa have 5 superbly equipped bathrooms available, 2 of which are equipped with bathtubs, and 3 with shower cabins, which makes it ideal for 10 guests. Summary: There were 12 of us and we all loved the villa. Plenty of bathrooms and 2 big kitchens so everyone could cook in shifts or whenever they wanted. Fantastic view over Split and nice pool but a bit chilly off season! Split is a 10 minute drive so you need a car really. No shops or places to eat within walking distance that we found. Generally speaking, if you do come to Croatia don’t expect smiling waiters or shopkeepers - service is a bit sullen. Anyway, supermarkets are Lidl and Konzum and again a drive away. The owners were very friendly and bought us food on the first night as we arrived late - very kind. Only downsides were - 1) No washing line so you can wash stuff but nowhere to dry anything 2) Kitchens need toasters 3) Big issue here - there is no games room and this was in the villa details. We have taken this up with the site we found the villa on - HomeAway - as the owners said it was the Agent’s fault. This facility needs to be removed from the details. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5.
