Stunning villa in an exclusive private residence in the popular area of Sa Coma, on the east coast of Mallorca. The villa, with Mediterranean style, has approximately 200 square feet on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and has a bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs and share two bathrooms (one with bath).
On the lower level are also a living room with fireplace and access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.
The exterior of the house is gorgeous, and feature a terrace, a garden with lawn, outside shower and a huge pool of 12m x 6m (0.80m x 1.80m deep).
Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach of clean and white sand extends over a length of almost 1 kilometer.
