The villa is quietly located and features a large swimming pool, a terrace with the necessary garden furniture, and lovely views over the green surroundings. Ideal for peace seekers and culture lovers.
The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor and a garage in the basement, along with another bedroom that is lovely and cool in the summer
The villa is a stone's throw from Cahors, famous for its wine and the Pont Valentré, an imposing bridge with several locks over the Lot river. The surrounding area is exceptionally vast and is just part of the grand Causses de Gramat: a 350-metre-high limestone plateau with rock walls so high that even mountain goats are frightened by them.
