Summary: Great house. Owners are controlling. Started our first day. At initial walk through they locked the ground floor powder room. We thought that odd but said nothing. Then they locked one of the bedrooms. We told them it would eventually be needed so they unlocked it. Once some our our guests left they didn’t want to remake the three bedrooms. They are invasive. They live next door and on many occasions were in our rental without our knowledge doing laundry. Could have been some awkward situations. Speaking of laundry, only one load allowed per day and NO partials. Too many other rules to list. Last thing is the pool is in the owners yard and you have access through a gate. Not the best situation.
