This modern villa is set in the beautiful surroundings of an old Cypriot olive grove in Northern Cyprus. From the huge upstairs terrace there are outstanding views of the mountains, sea and the picturesque village of Karsiyaka. The property has been built with double aspect in all rooms apart from the master bedroom which has triple aspect to optimise the stunning views. The house sits on a secluded, private, landscaped plot, in a quiet area a mile from the sought after village of Karsiyaka which offers a supermarket and other amenities. The popular holiday village of Lapta is minutes away and the picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia a short drive.
This homely villa offers you stunning accommodation, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Downstairs there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with real fireplace, TV and DVD/CD player. Two twin bedded rooms, each air-conditioned for your comfort and a bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom (also air-conditioned), study/dressing area and en-suite bathroom leading outside to a 50 sq mtr roof terrace where you may relax with a cool drink, overlooking the neighbouring olive grove. The view to the mountains is stunning with the ancient monastery and village of Karsiyaka set in the mountainside. There is also a sea view from the upstairs terrace. There are stables within walking distance where riders are led through the olive grove. There is also an overflow swimming pool with roman steps, sun loungers and umbrellas, and large terracing with BBQ, pergola and terrace furniture for al-fresco dining. This really is a beautiful place to stay to relax and to explore the wonderful beaches, mountains, castles and history that North Cyprus has to offer.
