This large, beautiful retreat is located within the community of Dolphin Shores in North Topsail and features a private, resort style backyard w/ a pool, hot tub and tiki bar! It features 5 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an updated kitchen and incredible views of both, the ocean and the sound. With plenty of airy, outdoor spaces and balconies, you will never miss out on the sunshine and salty sea breezes. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, sun bathing on the large decks, playing games in the back yard space, star gazing on the open decks or playing in the surf and sand. With just a short, 5 min walk or a quick drive to our private resort access, it makes for the perfect location for both, sun in the fun and relaxation! Outdoor temperature must be 50 degrees or higher for pool heater to warm the water.
The chef in your family will love the open floor plan and large, updated kitchen with everything needed to eat in during your stay....pots, pans, utensils and all appliances! The large island features plenty of extra seating and countertop space. With an open kitchen, dining area and living space, everyone can be in one place at the same time spending that much needed quality time together. Eat dinner while enjoying the expansive and beautiful sound views. After dinner, head out to the screened in balcony and enjoy the birds flying by over the sound. Before wrapping up your night, spend some time soaking in the hot tub all while sipping your favorite beverage from the tiki bar.
This home has it all including beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards, sand toys, pool lounge chairs, pool rafts and toys, comfortable patio furniture, and pool towels. All it needs is the love and fellowship of family and friends!
This house can accommodate a total of 20 people. 3-4 vehicles max, park under carport or on gravel, do not park on the grass or in the street. It includes 4 air mattresses and 1 crib. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin bunk beds & 2 trundles. (6 twin beds)

This home is professionally managed by Blue Anchor Property Management. All bath towels and bed linens are included and will be in the house upon arrival.
