Beach Colony Resort West 4F is located on the 4th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, another king-sized bed in one guest room and two twin beds in the other guest bedroom. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, loungers and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Each guest room has it's own private balcony overlooking the Sound.
Don't worry about everyone building up an appetite, as the full kitchen is more than ready to assist with preparing tasty meals and includes both a Keurig and regular coffee maker along with other kitchen essentials. The private washer and dryer will allow everyone to throw in their swimsuits at the end of the day.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time at Beach Colony, but the first time in this condo. The condo was decorated beautifully. The spacious balcony was one of our favorite parts. Being on the end, I felt like we had more privacy. However, you still had a beautiful view of the shore. Every complex is ocean front, which makes this location so special. The only issue we had was some difficulty with the sliding glass door, but the management company was able to assist us. We would definitely return, and hope we do someday soon.
