There is an over-sized garage, with two bicycles, that leads into a laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, paint easel (for the artistic), and an additional working desk with printer. Adjacent is a fully functional kitchen with new custom colored concrete countertops, very clean and modern appliances, and an inviting breakfast nook with an unmatchable view of the Rincon mountains to the east. If you are entertaining, your guests can enjoy your company while sitting in the bar area chatting with you through the open pass thru while you continue to prepare the meal! On the opposite side of the open bar you enter a gracious but cozy living and dining space with a beehive fireplace visible from all angles.
