Summary: We stayed for a week for my dad's 70th birthday—me, my husband, father, and my two young kids. We put our littlest in a pack-n-play in the main bedroom, son on the little pull-out. You could easily fit more folks comfortably with the larger pull-out sofa. We love that there's an elevator for getting belongings up to the room but that the back patio is ground floor — steps away from the boardwalk. My dad has mobility issues so this was great for him. Check in is a bit of a pain, as you have to go to another location to get parking passes. Not sure why they can't just be at the security kiosk, but as long as you plan for this detour, it's not a huge deal. Staff is very communicative and easy to reach by phone/ text and will remind you of this repeatedly. The TV in the living room isn't "smart" or hooked up to a Roku or anything so bring something if you want to have family movie time on a rainy day. Only complaint is that you can really hear your upstairs neighbors stomping around. If kids are staying above you, it can sound like you're at a wrestle mania show. This was our second stay, and the first, we didn't have any issues with the noise — other than someone leaving a dog on a balcony and the poor dude barked for like 6 hours one day. This time, some older kids upstairs were going buck wild when their parents left them unattended—sometimes after midnight. Otherwise, it's a perfect spot. Clean, incredible view, great location. We'll be back.
