Ample parking is provided for guests, but not enough for events. The pergola, yard, and parking are common areas, so please be considerate of other guests.
The house itself has 4 bedrooms including a 1 first floor bedroom. You'll also find a living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and 3 upstairs bedrooms. The house is old and full of character. The layout is quirky but functional. It's an interesting place.
