Beautiful Venice Beach 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom spacious beachfront condo (950sf), tastefully fully furnished and located at the 2nd Floor of a small, 2-story, 28-unit intimate condominium on Venice Island; with spacious outdoor private balcony overlooking the Guld of Mexico and beach, heated pool surrounded by comfortable pool furniture set in a lush tropical landscape. This condo features private access to Venice Beach for condo guests, shared beachfront lawn with BBQ, private parking, and is located just steps away from Venice Avenue and downtown with its many restaurants and bars.

The condominium complex, San Ramon, is a well maintained, intimate and safe condominium with many amenities including heated pool, direct beach access, parking and shared beachfront lawn with BBQ.
The condo has been updated with new furniture, upgraded bathrooms, lighting, fans, plantation-style shutters, and artwork with a beach theme. One of the main features of this condo is the spacious, 140 square feet furnished balcony facing the beach, the adjacent lush gardens and enjoying a beautiful expansive view of the Gulf and its astonishing sunsets!
The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet storage, and comes with plenty of cookware, glassware, dishware, utensils, and an array of cooking appliances including automated coffee machine.
The large open living and dining area offers plenty of space for relaxation, entertaining, living and playing, and large flat screen TV.
All bedrooms, living and kitchen areas feature brand-new plantation-style shutters, have been repainted (including a aquamarine color feature wall in living area), and have been revamped with Florida-style and beach-theme furniture and artwork.
Both bedrooms are comfortable and spacious in size, featuring queens beds; and have been updated with new plantation-style shutters, bedding for the queen beds, and dressers for extra space and storing your personals items.
Both the living room and Master Bedroom feature flat-screen TV's with cable and high-speed wireless internet (included in rent); with the option to add a 3rd smaller TV also to the 2nd Bedroom (if desired).
Condo offers plenty of closet and storage space; including a large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. It also include cleaning tools & supply, a vacuum, and other tools.
Washer & dryer are shared and located in a laundry/ storage room conveniently located just outside the unit. Each laundry room serves only 7 units.
As additional features, unit comes with the use of 2 complimentary bikes (with combination lock), as well as beach chairs and umbrella.
This unit is perfect for either a couple who wants to be comfortable and have plenty of space for living, relaxing or entertaining; or a family with kids (pool is fenced and condo very safe), or friends who want to enjoy being right on the Gulf, enjoy the view of the beach and sunsets from the unit's spacious balcony, or just relax during a winter getaway or the beautiful Spring and Fall Seasons; surrounded by other smaller beach communities at the hearth of Venice Island, and just few blocks away from Venice downtown district and its array of local restaurants, bars and beach themed shopping.
