The kitchen is open to the family room where the couch has a fold out ottoman and a big screen TV. The backyard has plenty of lounge chairs, table and chairs and a barbecue.
This home is located in a cul-de-sac. It sits amongst beautiful trails that wind through town and can be enjoyed by bicycle or on foot. Gilbert also boasts a modern feel in the downtown Heritage District. With an energetic and beautiful atmosphere, you can find coffee shops, eateries, specialty shops as well as department stores. Take advantage of the many special events throughout the year that Gilbert has to offer. Entrance to the freeway is approximately 2 miles away.
A swimming pool, hot tub with picnic areas is located 2 block away from this home and is available at “NO CHARGE” with an entrance code required. The pool is Not heated and will be closed for the winter months.
For an additional fee of $150 per stay, you can have access to Val Vista Lakes 10 Million Dollar Club House. Included is an, Olympic size Swimming Pool, Sandy Beach Pool and a Hot Tub. Also included are Tennis, Racquetball and Pickle Ball Courts and a Workout room. A Beautiful Lake where you can reserve equipment for Paddle Boarding, Canoeing, Fishing. You may reserve Party rooms overlooking the Tennis Courts which includes Microwave and Refrigerator, the area around the pool may be reserved for Barbecues or, reserve the Pool Bar. Incredible amenities available at the clubhouse. Transfer of membership requires “72” Hour notification and payment prior to check-in.
There are limited access passes so please message us to to inquire if there are available passes (Also, please note there is a ring doorbell to monitor the outside of the home only at the entrance)
