The beach is approximately 6 blocks from the house and restaurants located on the Edgartown Harbor are approximately 4 blocks from the house. The residence sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 8 if you use the sleeper sofa. The residence has a quaint backyard with a beautiful deck off the backdoor where you can relax in the always maintained garden blooming with roses and hydrangeas. The house has a well appointed kitchen with all major appliances and two living spaces downstairs with large flat screen TVs. Their is one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. The house has a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The stairs to the upstairs are a bit steep and may be challenging for very small children.
