Sandpiper Cove is a 43 acre gated resort located on exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This expansive resort offers amazing amenities including private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six lighted tennis courts, horse shoes, plus a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Additionally, the resort includes a beach pavilion that serves food and beverages, BBQ grills onsite, and Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint little lower unit. Perfectly situated overlooking the pool which was perfect for our kids. It fit our family of 8 perfectly. The covered deck was a wonderful place to hang out. There was a giant Jenga game the kids enjoyed playing with. Its a older unit with nice updates. There were some needed repairs while we were there that were very promptly seen to and the response from RealJoy was really quick (thank you RJ!). There is private beach access across the road, but no beach chair service included with this rental (the beach chair service cost is ridiculous, we went to the local goodwill and got a few chairs and a quilt for our days at the beach). The beach here is BEAUTIFUL. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It would be nice if they had some golf clubs and balls in the unit to use or you miss out on the cool golf course here because not everyone travels with theirs. Same with the tennis/pickleball court...it would be nice if RJ included them to use with the unit. There was a blow-dryer in the master bath which was nice because I forgot mine at home. The grounds are nice, quiet and family friendly. We are already planning on coming back next year we enjoyed it here so much. Thank you RealJoy
