Summary: We asked if we could drop our luggage off early as we were arriving early in the morning at Heathrow. We were given the contact information of the cleaning woman who helpfully communicated when she would be there. We arrived and left our bags and headed out. The owner’s mother called us asking whether we had run into the previous guests and commenting that we were arriving so early. If she didn’t want us to drop off the bags early she should have said so.As for the flat, the photo is incredibly misleading. It is tiny with an uncomfortable and dirty couch and tiny uncomfortable beds. There was no air conditioning or fans for the hot weather. There were no instructions for the washer:dryer and there w as no freezer.
