This comfortably furnished home a wonderful respite for reading, lounging and coming home from the boundless activities the Sun Valley/Ketchum community has to offer. The second floor living/dining/master/office make it feel like a treehouse. The downstairs bedrooms, bath, and large sunny entry make it easy to be organized with plenty of storage for winter gear. This home is stocked for cooking and relaxing. Plenty places to read and retreat. We pride ourselves on clean and healthy living. The outdoor spaces include a Traegar grill, hot tub in the trees and gas fire-it. It is a large private lot in friendly neighborhood. You are 3.5 miles to the River Run Lodge skiing, a trail outside the door is groomed all winter for nordic skiing. It's an ideal retreat for an extended stay that makes you feel at home away from home. We may take pre-qualified dogs.
