Condo features fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 50 inch flat screen TV, satellite TV and wi-fi. Two large bedrooms with walk in closets and washer/dryer. There is a second floor balcony to enjoy the beautiful Arizona Sun. Community includes assigned parking, outdoor grills, community room, fitness room, heated outdoor pool and spa. Located just one block from the 101 which makes it easy to get to all of the Phoenix Metro area sites which include Phoenix Zoo, Mill Ave, Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe Market Place, The Desert Botanical Gardens, Papago Park and Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin West just to name a few. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just 15 minutes away as are the shops in down town Scottsdale.

Summary: Condo was located in convenient area, close to shops and spring training games. The only negative would be that the it list a heated pool, and that is not true. We rent from January- March and that is one of the amenities that we look for and we were disappointed to find out after we arrived that the pool wasn’t heated.
