The beautiful stylish villa is only 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car from the Arenal beach of Javea with its many restaurants and entertainment.
The villa is located on a cul-de-sac and built on a flat plot of almost 3000m2. The villa has been totally renovated in 2012 and is equipped with every luxury. With the exception of 1 bedroom, everything is on the ground floor and has a perfect distribution. The open living room and kitchen are fully connected to the stylish L-shaped terrace, just like the main bedroom.
Each room of the house has, air conditioning, central heating, high quality wood floor and underfloor heating in the living room and kitchen.
The barbecue and the summer kitchen are connected to the L-shaped terrace just like the shower and the toilet for the summer. From the terrace you have direct access to the private pool.
The bedroom on the first floor offers a beautiful sea view and views of the Montgo mountain.

Summary: What can we say!? The Villa was absolutely amazing - 4 adults and 4 children aged 5-16 and it suited us all down to the ground. Spacious, immaculately clean, well resourced, shade and sun equally balanced. The cold beers received on arrival (earlier than check in allowed) from Mark and the warm smiles from the cleaning team made our long journey much better! Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Gas BBQ and Paella facilities plus a great working oven and hob. Bin bags, dishwasher tabs, washing machine liquid etc were fab. Also a store cupboard with oil, seasonings and other essentials make for a great base when thinking what to buy from the local main store (Consumm) which is 5 minutes away. Washing machine and dryer available and simple to use, plus 'wurly gig' outside drying line! Lovely outside and inside eating area, and day bed in the shade. The pool was wonderful and the shallow end was shallow enough for our 5 (nearly 6 year old). The master bedroom was out of this world with walk in wardrobe, jacuzzi bath in the ensuite, separate toilet and shower also. The other bedrooms had shower rooms as well. The terrace was a fantastic bonus boasting views of the sea, Benitaxell and the port. I could carry on writing more but would be here for another hour :) Our 11th stay in the area and can honestly say this villa is fully recommended - go for it!
