Drop your anchor here at the Villa Esperanza atop a beautiful St. Maarten mountain giving you and yours the dramatic and amazing views of the Caribbean waters from your spacious and airy vacation home! It’s just a short distance from the famous and picturesque Dawn Beach but far enough from everything else to provide privacy. Nestled in a 24/7 gated community, this home is waiting for you to relax in the quiet or have some island fun a few miles away with many memorable opportunities! Gorgeous Dawn Beach offers the expected and one of kind turquoise, crystal clear waters and white soft sand. This beach was the chosen location for a world wide famous hotel chain, the Westin. The Villa Esperanza is perfectly located on the Dutch side but close to the French side for your visiting pleasures.
For your ease and comfort, this 3,000 square feet home invites you to a recently renovated and updated stand alone villa that boasts a spacious open concept kitchen/dining room which kindly offers for you to dine in either the indoor or outdoor dining areas on those evenings when you can resist the allure of one of the island s 400 restaurants. When you’re not enjoying the Caribbean outdoors please relax in a newly furnished cozy living area that also offers the option to become an open, larger living space and opens to the patio and private pool area with a large sliding glass door. It also features an expansive deck with a view of the ocean and a patio area with lush tropical gardens.
The second floor awaits your respite with high ceilings, three large bedrooms AND ensuite baths. Two of the bedrooms give you the option to an expanded space and spectacular views by opening the sliding glass doors to the terrace, ready for you and yours to enjoy the views with your mug of coffee and tea in the morning watching the breathtaking sunrise and/or your drink of choice watching the evening sunset.
We’ve anticipated your arrival with all living amenities. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed from new appliances to spices to plates, all ready for you to enjoy delicious meals and satisfy all your eating and drinking needs; truly your home away from home. There are many grocers on the island. The pool area boasts it’s own half bath and laundry area so you can deposit all of your wet fabrics and wash and dry your clothes, if you so choose. There are both beach towels and bath towels provided. Maid service is provided and service depends on the length of your stay.
This fully updated Villa with commanding ocean views, is fully furnished, equipped and features your private pool, large indoor/outdoor living areas, AC and ceiling fans throughout, private off road parking for 3-4 cars. Please see a detailed list below.
