Beautiful private villa with 4metre by 8 metre kidney shaped private pool, a patio for those who wish to sunbath till the sun goes down. outside the double doors from the living room there is a table and chairs that seats 6 to eat and relax under the shade of the nair, plus more patio area for sunning. there is a outside shower with hot and cold water and a barbecue for those alfresco evenings,with views down the valley and the mountains beyond.
There are two bedrooms. both with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. one with double bed and ensuite shower and toilet. bedroom 2 has two single beds. there is a second shower room with toilet off the hall. the living dinning room has two large sofas coffee table and table and six chairs. there is a sky english satellite tv , and there is also wifi. the seperete kitchen has just been modernised and has cream gloss units and oak work tops. well equipped with fridge with freezer compartment ,dishwasher,microwave oven hob. nesspreso coffee ,air fryer.
outside in a separate cupboard there is a washing machine and we also have a second fridge and freezer for any extra ice ect needed. there is parking and for those that might want to walk around the garden there is a stone table and bench under the olive tree which is nice to have a nice evening cool drink
it is within walking distance to the bar belle vista. and a short drive to the long sandy beaches of denia or oliva . denial town with its lovely marina and beautiful boats the the villa is a great base to visit attractions like gaudalest with its hidden village. old town of altea with its blue roofed church and italian style roof top restaurants . it is also only and hour from Valencia with its beautiful architecture. and for those that like animals there is a safari park highly recomended. for those that fancy it is also only 45 minutes from Benidorm with its nearby theme and water park.
