3 Bedroom Condo in East Jordan

The perfect family vacation rests here on the South Arm of beautiful Lake Charlevoix within minutes from the quaint shopping and dining areas of Charlevoix, thirty minutes from Petosky, and fifteen minutes from Boyne city. If you love the water, breathtaking views, golfing, water sports, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, ice fishing or just relaxing in beautiful northern Michigan, you certainly will not be disappointed in what this amazing condo has to offer.
Our 2,200 square foot, three story waterfront Condo was recently remodeled, with 3 bedrooms, 2 large family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with spacious bar, 4 full bathrooms, a laundry room, large balcony and WiFi. It can very comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests allowing for plenty of space for relaxation and privacy.
The LOWER LEVEL walkout is equipped with a family room, laundry room, full bathroom, and wetbar with 4 pullout sofas (1 queen and 3 singles), and a cozy fireplace. It is a wonderful place for children to watch TV, or play games if parents would like some upstairs privacy. It is also a great place to gather on cool nights after a day of skiing or ice-fishing to warm up around the fireplace.
On the MAIN LEVEL, there is a large modern kitchen, comfortable spacious family room with flat screen TV, a full bathroom and gorgeous balcony over looking Lake Charlevoix, where grilling out and viewing peaceful sunsets is a must!
UPSTAIRS contains three bedrooms including a master bedroom with its own private full bath. A second adorable beach bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom, and an incredible view of the lake to enjoy an early morning sunrise. A third Nautical themed bedroom has twin bunkbeds and an additional single bed. A fourth full bathroom is located upstairs to accommodate many guests.
Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing, a fire-pit for roasting marshmallows, and wonderful swimming area. Boat and jet ski rentals are located right next door at Summertime Rentals LLC. If you have your own boat, our condo has it's own boat dock and hydrolic lift for your convenience.

Summary: Overall the house was nice and the layout was nice. We stayed here for new years with my cousins family, 10 of us total. But there are a few things to be aware of. The listing fits not accurately list number of beds, I haven't checked of that had been fixed yet.. there are 3 rooms upstairs with a twin over double bunk, a queen bed, and the last room is a twin bunk with 1 more twin. In the basement there is not any pullout couches as indicated, they're is an ottoman type thing you pull out to extend the couch, not very comfortable. And only 1 of these, where the listing said 3 pull out couches at the time of booking. This was a challenge for us since we had 2teenage boys staying down there. The last thing that was odd is the amount of owners stuff that is everywhere in the house. There are 2 drink fridges in the house that were unlocked and at least half full. Most drawers and closets were full of the owners clothes and belongings.
