This beautifully furnished home is the perfect vacation spot! The upper level is comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Downstairs is a den, laundry room, and an additional bathroom.
This pet friendly, spacious home loaded with amenities has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
There is a wonderful deck at the back of the house on the upper level, overlooking a beautifully landscaped fenced backyard with a lovely pool. This is just the spot to cool off after a day on the beach! The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is just outside the garage, perfect for getting all the sand off before hitting the pool! Lounge around the pool or move to the shaded deck upstairs and enjoy the covered dining area.
Be sure to turn the lights on around the pool at night and enjoy the beauty of this property! There are child protective gates on both levels of the house, so young children will not be able to access the pool area without an adult opening the gate. Jumping and diving in the pool are not permitted, and there should always be adult supervision when there are children in the pool. The pool is heated between October 30th and April 30th each year.
When the kids get tired of swimming in the pool, they can move to the garage/game area and enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball. You can open the garage door and then lower a screened door to allow for ventilation. And just in case the kids work up a thirst, there is a small refrigerator there also. This is handy for the pool area too, so you don't have to go back to the house for cold drinks.
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need to prepare meals for your group. It has a breakfast bar with additional seating just in case there is not enough room for everyone around the dining table.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, and TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with a bunk bed, a twin on top and full below, and an additional twin bed that pulls out. The kids will love it! And they also have their own TV! The second bathroom is on this level and has a tub/shower combo.
The den downstairs is comfy and cozy with an electric fireplace, 65 inch TV, and plenty of games for the kids! Also, there is a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower which is very convenient when using the pool.
The garage/game area also has pool toys, chairs for the beach and even a buggy to transport them over. It literally takes about three minutes to walk from the house to the closest beach access - it is really no distance at all.
