90 minutes from downtown Toronto and you have arrived on the Lake!
Situated on a private lot nestled in a quiet bay on one of Kawartha's Best - Lake Chemong !
This 4 Bedroom Lake House / Cottage has It all, 2 Abundant Sized Family Rooms 2 Gas Fireplaces on Separate Levels, with views of the lake from the dining room, living room, lower den and master bedroom. 2 Oversized decks with 4 walkouts and your own lake access and dock.
This magnificent central air-conditioned cottage has 2 levels that can host 2 separate families (9 people). The upper level has a Kitchen, dining room, family room, bathroom with a shower and 3 bedrooms with a walk out
deck for outdoor dining.
The lower level has 1 bedroom, a great family room with large rock gas Fireplace, 65-inch flat screen TV, a pull out couch, 5 piece bathroom and walk out lower deck.
The upper living room is connected to the dining room and has large stone gas fireplace with a TV, furnished with soft antique sofas and a Muskoka room to sit back and enjoy a full view of the lake.
The kitchen is a cottage delight equipped with a microwave, gas stove, Fridge, dishwasher, and laundry machines. Kitchen also comes with all appliances, cookware and utensils to ensure everything required to prepare and serve your favorite cuisine is at your finger tips. Right outside the kitchen is a new gas BBQ.
There are 3 entrances, 2 main entrances from the first level and 1 exit on the lower level deck. Enjoy the spectacular view on the elevated upper deck while dining on a large wrought iron dining table overlooking the lake. Down by the lower level there is another large, covered hardwood deck overlooking the lake with outdoor couches and additional lounge chairs.
Our vacation home is conveniently located 1.15 hours northeast of Toronto. We are minutes away from the town of Peterborough with excellent restaurants and shopping.
A private dock and deck provide access to the lake and there is a firepit located on the shoreline which can accommodate outdoor campfires in the evening.
