Sapphire Beach West offers you the best of both worlds -quiet beachside living and magnificent views on the East end of St. Thomas - only 20 minutes from bustling, duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie, where the cruise ships dock.
C-28's QUIET, IDEAL LOCATION IN COMPLEX: While you are steps away from gorgeous Sapphire Bay beach, C-28's location is quiet and private - a benefit in any complex! The unit and its open porch are 'tucked in', away from the public walkway. You will not be noticed by others, as you enjoy your beautiful view, away from the sounds of guests on the beach. C-28's bedroom is free-standing, so you are protected from any possible sounds in neighboring units - assuring you of a peaceful night's sleep. Then, awake in the morning to be greeted by your beautiful Carribbean view as you enjoy your coffee or tea on the open porch!
GREAT SAPPHIRE BAY WEST LOCATION: You are only 1 mile from Red Hook where there is a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shops, including scuba shop. Enjoy fabulous duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie and Havensight Mall (about 15 minutes drive), where the cruise ships dock.
EAT-IN OR DINE-OUT: The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen. Food delivery to the beach or your condo is available from Seagrapes Restaurant, next door to the neighboring resort. There are many restaurants throughout the island, including Red Hook - 1 mile away. Rent a car, call a taxi or take the $1 bus that leaves at the end of the driveway.
EASILY EXPLORE OTHER ISLANDS! The ferry terminal is in Red Hook, 1 mile from your condo. It leaves every hour for the 20 minute trip to Cruz Bay, St. John. Visit Cruz Bay for shopping or dinner or take your car/rent a taxi for a day trip to snorkel the underwater trail at Trunk Bay. The ferry also makes day trips to Tortola, from where you can explore BVI Virgin Gorda Baths and Jost Van Dyke!

be displayed in car. Deposit returned to you upon departure when you return parking tag.

Kayak/Canoe: Kayaks are available by rental next door, at Sapphire Bay. Wave runners, wind boards are
available to rent at the marina, as well.
Boat: Rental is available at the Sapphire Bay Marina, a short walk from the condo.
Tennis: There are two tennis courts that are lit for playing at night. Recommend that you bring your
own racket and tennis balls

TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: One night's rent damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after rental, if there is no damage to property or missing items.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Two nights rent is due within 7 days of reservation, which will be deducted from the full rental price. The condo will be held out of the rental pool for 7 days from your reservation date. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, the condo will be considered available for booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: High Season & Thanksgiving: Refunds only if property can be re-rented for the same period. If re-renting is successful, there will be a 10% re-booking fee. Otherwise, no refund will be available.
Low Season: In all cases, if condo is re-rented, only a 10% re-booking fee will apply. Otherwise, terms are 30+ days notice, full refund less 10% re-booking fee. 16-30 days notice, 50% of rental is forfeited, if not re-rented. Less than 16 days notice, no refund, if not re-rented.
CHANGING DATES: You many change dates, based on availability, with a $100 change fee.

Summary: The beach and location is great! 1 of the 4 oven burners only worked. Called the mgr and was told can light others with lighter. Easy enough but this should have been mentioned in check in info. Pans are terrible, really need nonstick! Only 1 Murphy bed had a top sheet, no blankets, we used the beach towels. Found 2 in closet questionably clean. Says sleeps 6 but couch is not a pull out. 1 key kinda inconvenient, 2 would mk easier for everyone to not always be together and have the place locked, which is a must. Condo needs an update. Overall worth it for the awesome beach, food convenience and red hook nearby.
