Located right next door to the Rosemary tennis courts and just around the corner from one of the heated community pools in the beautiful community of Rosemary Beach, this newly refreshed 3-bedroom/3-bathroom beach house is the perfect place for you and your family to vacation!! From the private courtyard oasis to one of the four community pools you have access to during your stay, 'Rest Awhile" is ready to host both you and your family for an unforgettable family vacation. While staying at 'Rest Awhile,' you are within a 5-minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance, to all the shops and restaurants, Rosemary Beach offers!
Upon walking into the large, private oasis, you will see an updated, comfortable outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining area where you and your family can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather! There is also an outdoor grill for your personal use and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The home has two designated parking spots, making finding a place to park a breeze. Speaking of breezes, you'll be caressed by a fantastic gulf breeze from one of the two balconies on the home's 2nd story. You can lounge in the comfortable seating area on the balcony off the Master Suite or sit and enjoy the view of the tennis courts from the smaller terrace at the front of the home. After a day of enjoying all Rosemary Beach has to offer, relax the night away in the spacious courtyard where you can unwind under the stars. The kids can enjoy a movie on the Smart T.V. in the "kids" room, make it a family movie night, and enjoy the picture on the large Smart T.V. in the family room. You can enjoy a good night's sleep in one of the three private bedrooms.
Beach access is only a 3-minute bike ride away! If you need a break from the beach or just want to explore the area, you are in luck. There are four community pools you'll have access to, and you're only about a 5-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride to the town center, where you can enjoy all the area has to offer.
