A view to die for from this elegant and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment situated on the Wirral with wonderful River Mersey views across to Liverpool. Recently renovated with great style and character. The apartment is on the first floor of a typical terrace house.
There is an open plan living/dining room with modern kitchen (oven and induction hob plus plenty of utensils, glasses and cups). There are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom is a good size and has a sitting area, dressing table and ornamental fireplace. The second bedroom has a good built in wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with a full bath, washbasin and WC. There are a few steps between the bedrooms, living room and bathroom. There is good WIFI throughout the apartment. It’s in a nice residential area where you can walk along the promenade to the seaside resort of New Brighton (approx 1 mile) or take the bus or train into the lively centre of Liverpool to see the Beatles museum, a concert at the Echo Arena, visit churches and museums, shopping malls or a football match. Peaceful situation with good transport connections to Liverpool center so a car is not necessary.
There is a ferry from Egremont to the center of Liverpool too.
