This beautiful home is situated in a gated community on 2 lush acres and has full access to the resort-like back yard including swimming pool, waterfall, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball area, viking grill, and a spectacular wood fire pizza oven. The evening lights and ambiance is perfect for entertaining! This north San Diego county suburb has a country feel and is walking distance to several different trails, including beautiful Lake Poway, where you can feed ducks, go fishing, hike to the famous potato chip rock, or rent a paddle boat. Only 30 minutes away are some of America's finest beaches, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Balboa Park, Gaslamp district, and so much more! Inside the main house, you'll find a full sized kitchen stocked with everything you need to feed and entertain your group, washer/dryer, and 4 bedrooms plus 2 pull out beds accommodating 12 comfortably. The guest house has its own kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping for an additional 5. Go spend the day at the beach and feel free to use our surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and sand toys.
