The Fountains is undergoing construction of Building 9, and is currently scheduled through the end of December 2018. Work will be completed during daylight hours. During this time, guests will be able to access the property through the main resort entrance due to the presence of construction equipment on the West side of the property. No resort amenities will be affected during the construction process. There may be some construction noise occurring during work hours.

Free WI-FI offered in each unit and the clubhouse.The resort does not permit the use of hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades/skates or bikes. Transportation is available to area attractions for a fee through a 3rd party.
