This super clean, spacious unit has a fully-equipped kitchen with laundry. Enjoy a large, luxurious master bedroom with extremely comfortable King Size bed and elegant private bath. The fully remodeled Master Bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower, glass doors, new vanity with quartz top, and is truly spa-like! 2nd Bedroom has new twin beds and plenty of closet space; High quality linens are provided. Everything you need for the beach includes: beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler & a beach cart.
There are 3 smart flat screen TVs, each with a wide selection of cable TV stations, as well as DVD players, DVDs, books, & games for kids and their parents. Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime Video is provided. Free, high-speed wi-fi internet access is included along with unlimited local and long distance phone service.
Our villa accommodates up to 6 guests. The maximum number of adults permitted is 4, but the villa sleeps 6. Any combination of adults and kids up to 6 is permitted, as long as you don't exceed 4 adults.
Our warm, comfortable, 2nd floor unit is nestled in a nicely wooded development. This ideal location is convenient to everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We are steps to a swimming pool and tennis court and only a short walk to the beach! We also have a large screened in patio, perfect for breakfast in the fresh morning air or a relaxing cocktail in the evening. Just rent some bikes and you can leave your car behind for most of your stay.
Our beautiful Villa, located in the Treetops/Ocean Breeze complex, is just a short walk to the beach. You will be steps away from a relaxing pool and on-site tennis courts. We are only ½ mile to Coligny Plaza’s shops and restaurants. and the new Celebration Park! You will be in the perfect location for a great vacation!
Villa Amenities Include:
New, beachy furniture in all rooms of our 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit. The spacious living room features a queen sleeper leather sofa with memory foam topper for added comfort. A 50” Smart HDTV with Digital Cable, DVR and DVD player will provide hours of entertainment. We provide complimentary, high speed wi-fi throughout the villa as well as complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney Plus for your movie enjoyment!
A large coffee table is perfect for family game night(large assortments of games provided).
Private screened patio includes table with 4 chairs and lounge chair. It overlooks a wooded backyard that is peaceful and relaxing. Both the master bedroom and the living room offer access to the patio and it is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. We love the screened patio to not have to worry about mosquitos when sitting out at dusk!
The master bedroom is furnished with a super comfortable, Simmons BeautyRest pillow-top King Size bed, Smart LCD TV, DVD player, and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, Smart LCD TV, and full guest bath. High quality linens are provided and starter package with paper goods and soap and laundry detergent is included. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets with custom closet organizers and dressers to hold all your clothing items. We provide all the conveniences of home!
Our beautiful kitchen is fully stocked for those times you would prefer to eat in.
We also provide for your added convenience a small desk in the dining area for catching up on your email or when work interrupts your vacation. There is also a portable, speaker phone provided.
Besides the dining room table and seating for up to six we have a bar/counter from the adjoining kitchen with 2 stools for added seating or grabbing a casual meal.
Our unit has a keyless entry. You will be provided with your own key code and do not have to worry about carrying keys.
Our unit is equipped with 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, beach games, beach blanket and cooler along with a beach cart to make the short walk to the beach a breeze.
There are 3 pools in the development, and the closest is just steps from our front door. The tennis court is also located within steps from our front door. There is an extensive collection of DVD’s, books and games for kids and adults.
We have created a personal guide book to help you discover all that Hilton Head Island has to offer, based on our intimate knowledge of the Island!
Local Amenities:
We are within easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the famous Tiki Bar. Our closest beach access is by the Marriott resort, which has a restaurant and bar opened for refreshments and public restrooms. There are several bike rental shops close by to order your bikes. It is highly recommended that you arrange for your bicycles prior to arrival in the summer months. They provide weekly drop off and pickup service for your convenience. Discounts available to our guests at several area bike shops. World class golf is available close by in Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes .
Located only a few blocks south is the South Forest Beach entrance to Sea Pines where the Heritage Golf Classic is held each April, as well as several professional tennis tournaments throughout the year. The Salty Dog Cafe/store and Harbor Town are also within 5 minutes of driving. If you are up for a nice bike ride, take your bikes south on the beach from our unit and stop at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Coast restaurant is nestled right on the beach there and offers exquisite dining options for lunch and dinner with a fantastic view of the Ocean.
