Welcome to our beautiful, custom classic wood cabin in Carnelian Bay! Our home is a comfortable 1,400 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths -- and has been fully remodeled! Great, open living room, dining room and cooks kitchen with all you need to prepare a fabulous meal! Rare, fenced yard for the kids and pets and hot tub rounds out this amazing family home...
The whole family will love the layout of the home with one queen bedroom on the main floor, the master bedroom up the stairs with an additional attached living space with pull out sofa and an amazing loft area for the kids with 2 twin beds. The sleeper sofa and additional air mattress provide additional sleeping spaces. This is a great home for a family getaway for one or two families.
Need to work from home? No problem! Upstairs you will find a built in workspace for two wifi throughout with great connectivity. Remote learning and work from home never had it so good!
Relax on one of the 3 decks and throw the ball for fido or watch the kids play in the giant fenced in yard while you BBQ on the gas grill. The front deck area also has a gate to keep pets or kids in. Your well behaved pup is very welcome! Soak your cares away in our 6 person hot tub, perfect after a long day on the slopes! The home is in a private and quiet neighborhood with hiking, cross country and off road trails right up the street.
Carnelian Bay is very centrally located with Tahoe City 10 minutes drive one way and King Beach, Casinos and Nevada a quick drive the other. direction. You are a 20 minute drive to numerous ski resorts and boat launches. We provide little extras like beach towels that your family will appreciate.

Summary: Pros: -great location; right between King’s beach and Tahoe city. -very clean -all kitchen amenities provided Cons: -no access to garage, so if you have ski equipment, golf clubs, you’re SOL -most jets in hot tub inoperable -technically sleeps 8 adults, but you’ll have no privacy. -loft is cool, but don’t try and navigate those stairs after a few drinks; totally unsuitable for children. -lots of small maint. Deficiencies; no handle on MB door for example -MB attached to sitting room that has pull out couch; no privacy -only way to access front door is up stairs-rough for anyone with a disability Not a bad property all-in-all, but a bit overpriced. I would say this home is suitable for one small family, not 8 adults.
