Located at the end of the kitchen overlooking the living room and dinning room is our breakfast nook with a “booth style” bench, table, and traditional bench seat.

No smoking inside
We understand that some may smoke; we kindly ask that you do not smoke inside. We ask that you use the outside areas to smoke and pick up all evidence of smoking. Evidence inside of smoking may result in a cleaning fee including odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
Front door is fitted with a keyless entry lock for your convenience. You will receive your unique code to unlock the doors prior to checkin. Please stay out of all the exterior buildings/sheds.

We want our guests and future guests to know that on the back end of the property we have a long term renter. There is no shared spaces with this tenant and all gates to the privacy fence are locked. To ensure our guests have primary parking we leave the driveway and extra space to the left of the driveway for them. There is a fenced off parking section for this back tenant to the right of the property.
No pets
No smoking inside the house
No loud parties (Daytona Beach City ordinance requires no excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm-7:00am).
All trash inside and outside of the house must be collected and disposed of properly.
Stay out of exterior buildings/sheds.
