The ample and open family/kitchen/ living room with fireplace and high wood beamed ceilings embraces the tranquil atmosphere of the warm and exotic patio areas. Enjoy being lost in time. The elegant master seamlessly transitions to the verdant patio area through French doors and a swimming pool. The house also offers two other bedrooms with pool and backyard views. Both bathrooms are loaded with charm and spacious walk-in showers.

The kitchen has new appliances. Coffee lovers, don’t worry there are several options, a Keurig (loaded with pods,) a traditional Cuisinart coffee pot with a grinder on-site and a French Press! Brand new 6-burner barbecue too. Also, dual system central state of the art new AC/Heat with Nest thermostats. Pool is heated between October and April!
