In the hamlet Jušići 2.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden. Terrace (120 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, hydro massage bath, infrared sauna, spa area, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 5 km, concrete beach 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Balcony 4 m2. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). One house, on the ground floor: spa area (hydro massage bath, infrared sauna), on the first floor (exterior staircase): living/dining area, open kitchen, 1 bedroom. The other house, on the ground floor: dining room arranged as a rustical tavern, open kitchen, on the first floor: 2 bedrooms.
