3 Bedroom House in Telluride

Quiet, secluded, one of a kind, custom home 5 minutes from Telluride Ski Resort. Beautifully tucked into the quakies with world class views of Mount Wilson 14,017', also know as Coors Mountain. House is on two acres of aspen trees with privacy. You can't see another home from this special spot! The living/dining/kitchen is open concept with a wood burning fireplace. Relax and enjoy with views all around. The two Master Suites have a King beds with comfy new mattresses. One Master has a fireplace and one has a cozy sun room. Each Master Bedroom has a private bathroom, The third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle twin below the day bed. This bed can be converted into a King. Three loft area beds throughout the home are best suited for children. One loft is in the lower Master Suite, one in the bedroom with the trundle bed and the third is above the dining room in a sofa sleeper. There is a large recreation room on the lower level with a large sectional couch....recliners and cup holders included! Behind the sofa is a custom built bar, conveniently located near the hot tub on the outside patio! The views are gorgeous! It is a beautiful setting with views as a backdrop like you wouldn't believe!

Summary: I can honestly say I have never left a bad review, but this rental until is an exception. I will start by saying the location is great for skiing at Telluride and it does have the essentials for a place to stay with buddies on a ski trip. However the cost is too high for the condition of the unit and the listing is not accurate. The listing says NEW HOT TUB, the cover is missing from the filter the headrests are broken off and the cover shows the unit is far from new. There are two king beds that are ok to sleep on. The third room has a small day bed and a trundle on wheels -do not go into this rental thinking this will be a comfortable converted king bed option. One loft does have a really thing twin mattress with no sheets or bedding on it and I would never let my kids sleep on. The other loft does not have any bedding. I wish I could attach photos to show that the living room door to the porch had paper towels shoved in between the window and door frame for the “missing seal”, you could literally see out through the gaps around the window that was barely holding on, easy way for someone to get in the house. Ceiling is peeling down above shower in downstairs bathroom. Master bathroom had a strong sewage smell so we left that bathroom door closed for most of the stay. Didn’t see any firewood for the fireplace, was told by owner I could go purchase some from the gas station. There are two grills and 3 empty propane tanks. WiFi is not secured network.
