Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a private room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. It is strategically located within a mile radius from the mall, food places, shopping centers, multiple parks and more. It is also located in a security monitored gated and quiet community. About 15 minute drive away from Downtown Dallas. During your stay, you will have access to 1.5 bath areas. This could be shared with a 2nd guest in the second bedroom. Host is also onsite in the master bedroom to assist.
PLEASE NOTE: Events/parties are not allowed. You are only getting one room in a 3 bed, 2.5 baths Townhome. You have access to use the kitchen space to cook, but please clean up immediately. No leaving of dishes in the sink allowed over night.
There is a TV in the room with all the stations on it, utilize that not the one in the living room. The couch downstairs is not for sleeping, that’s what the bed in the room is for. Thanks again and I hope you have an amazing stay!
