Wonderful 2/2 Courtyard Villa in the Village of Hadley. An extra Bonus, you can use the Golf cart if you like, (waiver must be signed). This home is located north of 466A. If you want to play a round of golf, take a short drive to Bacall & Bogart Executive Golf Course or the Havana Golf Course and Country Club. Don’t forget to enjoy the live music every night at the town squares, Lake Sumter Landing is less than 10 minutes away, enjoy a cocktail during happy hour every night from 5-6pm. New Flooring throughout home! Stainless steel Appliances. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. Huge walk in closet, and Sliders lead out to the screened in Lanai. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, large closet and a TV as well. Just outside your door is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. If you need additional privacy, there is a pocket door that enables you to close off the main section of the house from the guest area. There is a breakfast counter with stools, and a Ding room table, with seating for 6. The main living area has a Comfy Sofa and Love seat, 50" Fire Ready TV. This home has an open floor plan with everything you will need for your enjoyment and relaxation during your stay in The Villages. Screened-in Lanai is great for those morning cups of coffee while enjoying the perfect Florida weather. The large fenced in backyard is a bonus to enjoy. Washer and dryer.
